  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or immigration sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert visa counseling for Germany, US, and UK visa categories (student, work, and settlement).
  • Review and verify consular documentation, financial proof, and application forms.
  • Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare applicants for embassy interviews.
  • Stay updated on the latest embassy regulations, visa policy changes, and processing timelines.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience handling Germany Schengen, US B/F/J visas, or UK Standard Visitor/Study visas.
  • In-depth knowledge of consular procedures and immigration law for respective countries.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients on immigration pathways including skilled worker visas, PR, and family reunification across multiple countries.
  • Prepare and review complex immigration case files and legal documentation.
  • Liaise with embassies, legal teams, and government offices on behalf of clients.
  • Stay current with immigration policy updates and advise clients on any changes.
  • Mentor junior immigration consultants and review their casework.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of immigration consulting experience covering UK, Germany, USA, Canada, or Australia.
  • Knowledge of points-based systems, skilled worker routes, and dependent visa categories.
  • Strong client-handling skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., OISC, MARA, or equivalent) is preferred.
